As we enter the month of August, we wanted to let you know that the procedure for handing out Chromebooks will be slightly different because many students in grades 5 through 12 kept their Chromebooks from the 21-22 school year. ALL students MUST complete a device agreement by Friday, September 16th. If you are opting into the annual insurance plan, please send cash or check along with the completed form and turn into your homeroom teacher. Please note: For those students that do not submit this paperwork, the device will be locked until receipt of the forms.
For those that need to receive a Chromebook, please see below for pickup times. All Chromebooks will be picked up at the Middle School cafeteria with entry from the student parking lot in the back of the building.
Pickup dates and times:
Kindergarten through 2nd Grade – Tuesday, August 16th - 1-3pm
Grades 3 and 4 - Wednesday, August 17th – 9-11am
Kindergarten through 12th grade – Thursday, August 18th – 1-3pm
The dates listed above will be the ONLY pickup days before school starts. After Thursday, August 18th, your child can receive their Chromebook from the tech department during homeroom the first week of school.
If you have children in several grades, please know we will provide all Chromebooks when you come to one of the assigned times listed above. Additionally, if you have more than 3 children and are opting for the insurance, please know that the total insurance payment will not exceed $45 for families who pay full lunch price, $30 for families eligible for reduced lunch and $15 for families eligible for free lunch.
