INVITATION TO BID
SEALED BIDS are invited by the undersigned for the project described as Warrior Run Middle / High School - Phase 1. BIDS are invited on a lump sum basis for the following Contracts:
Environmental Abatement Contract
Floor Finishes Construction Contract
Electrical Construction Contract
BIDS will be received by the Warrior Run School District until 1:30 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Warrior Run School District Administrative Offices, located at 4860 Susquehanna Trail, Turbotville, PA 17772.
Bids delivered by Common Carrier(s) must be delivered a minimum of 1 hour prior to bid time.
The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
