Parents or court-appointed guardians residing in the Warrior Run School District may enroll a student. After completing the pre-registration process on Sapphire, the parent/guardian must visit the Business Office in person to complete the enrollment process. An appointment must be scheduled with Mrs. Fullmer via Student Registration Contact Form below or telephone at 570-649-5138 ext. 5001 to finalize the registration. (Note: Exceptions apply to homeless youth according to the McKinney-Vento Act, migrant and foster students.) A student residing with someone other than a parent will be registered in accordance with guidelines established by PA Public School Code section 24 P.S. 13-1302.

• Ring the buzzer and ask for Mrs. Fullmer
• You will need your ID to sign into our Raptor system for building entry
• The office secretaries will notify Mrs. Fullmer that you have arrived. You may be seated and wait until she escorts you to your appointment.

The following documents are required for registration and must be presented at the time of your appointment:

• Student Proof of Age – Birth Certificate or US passport
• Forms of Residency:
  • Homeowners – mortgage statement, deed, current utility or tax statement
  • Renter - Lease or Rental Agreement and current utility or per capita statement
• Parent/Guardianship Identification (One of three below can be accepted):
  • Valid PA Photo Identification card
  • Valid Photo Driver’s License
  • Guardianship Affidavit (if assuming legal guardianship)
• Name and address of previous school
• Last report card/high school transcript from previous school (grades 9-12)
• Special Education Records (IEP)
• Any court document or formal agreements explaining custody arrangements
• Immunization Records (click vaccination requirements)

• Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year! 
• Kindergarten registration closes February 28, 2026.
• Kindergarten students must be five (5) years old before September 1 of the current year. Children not five (5) years old before September 1 of the current year will not be eligible at that time. 
• After you complete the online registration you will need to contact the elementary school at (570) 649-5135 to set up your in person registration appointment. 
• The in person registration will be held on Friday in March 13, 2026.
• Registrations made after Friday March 13, 2026 will need to set up an in person appointment with Mrs. Fullmer via Student Registration Contact Form below or by calling 570-649-5138 ext 5001.

If parents or court-appointed guardians relocate while residing in the Warrior Run School District, they need to update their address with the district by scheduling an appointment with Cathy Fullmer via email (cfullmer@wrsd.org) or phone (570-649-5138 ext. 5003) to complete the Residency Affidavit form. Once Ms. Fullmer has received all required documents and signatures, the address change will be submitted to our transportation department so that any necessary transportation adjustments can be made. It is essential that addresses are kept current, as transportation is based on the student's registered home address.

If a parent wishes to withdraw a student from our district, the parent should report to the school office of the building where the child attends and begin the withdrawal process.
