Meetings at school are often filled with acronyms, especially special education meetings. It can sometimes feel like you're speaking another language! Below is a list of some of the most common acronyms in education and what they stand for.

 
ABA - Applied Behavior Analysis - this is a process used by educators to analyze and change negative behaviors in young children, particularly children with Autism Spectrum disorders.
