COVID-19 cases included in this dashboard include positive, laboratory-verified test results reported to School Nurses or Superintendent. The dashboard is updated daily and shows newly reported COVID-19 positive test results during the time period indicated among students, faculty and staff, and contracted agencies within district buildings.
To protect their confidentiality and privacy, WRSD will not disclose any identifying information about affected individuals.
Understanding and Viewing the Dashboard

Total Active Student Cases
The number of students who tested positive during the current 14-day rolling average. All student cases are represented in blue. Only active cases for which students were present when school was in session are included in the totals.
Total Active Staff Cases
The number of staff who are engaged in full- or part-time on-site work who tested positive during the current 14-day rolling average. All staff cases are represented in gray. Only active cases for which staff were present when school was in session are included in the totals.
Total Active "Outside Agencies"
These numbers reflect employees for contracted services with partner agencies after having been in WRSD building during the current 14-day rolling average. All staff cases are represented in gray.
Confirmed Cases of Students/Staff Physically in the Building
These numbers represent the last day in which an individual was physically present in one of our buildings and does not necessarily indicate the day of positive result or onset of symptoms, although they are assumed to have been physically in a building during their infectious period.
Important Note: Historic cases only include active cases within the school buildings and while school was in session. Per DoH guidelines, cases that develop while the individual is not present while school is in session (i.e. weekends, breaks, or other related absences) are not reported as active cases. Note: The 14-day rolling average resets when more than two (2) days of no in-person instruction (i.e. weekends followed by a virtual learning day).
Frequency of Updates
When positive cases are reported to the district by a student, family, or employee, the case is evaluated by the appropriate personnel, and the data is included within this dashboard after all close contacts and parties affected by the positive case have been notified and other protocols have been initiated.
