GUIDANCE CLASSES ARE UP AND RUNNING AGAIN!
After a year of not having Guidance Classes, it has been decided to place Guidance in the Specials Rotation. There are 32 classes between the 2 elementary schools. On Days 2 and 4 classes will be in Turbotville and on Days 3 and 5, classes will be at Watsontown.

PSSAs for Third and Fourth Graders
All 3rd and 4th grade students will have PSSA Prep/Pep Sessions with me. Our lessons will be on "Rest, Relax, Ready," "Tyler Tames the Test-Taking Tiger" and "The Lucky Pencil."
CAMP COURAGE: A Bereavement Camp for Children
Applications are now on line for the Camp Courage which is a wonderful program to help children who have experienced the lost of a loved one. The camp fills up quickly and so it is important to sign up. The camp is free.

Camp Courage is a FREE weekend camp for children ages eight through eighteen held in May and October. Campers come together with other children and teens who have experienced similar losses as they learn new ways of dealing with their grief. The weekend also offers many fun activities.
Camp Courage is held at beautiful Camp Victory, a camp village in Millville, PA (www.campvictory.org). Delicious meals are provided by professional kitchen staff. Large cabins, housing up to sixteen campers and volunteers, are heated and offer restroom and shower facilities. The camp is universally accessible. Two nurses, a professional counselor, security personnel, several hospice staff members, and a multitude of volunteers ensure a safe and well supervised weekend.
