Welcome to the Warrior Run Middle School Health Office Web Page!

Each year every student has their height, weight, and vision screening done.  For 7th grade students (and anyone with any concerns), a hearing screening is also performed.  Results of these tests are emailed home.  Questions or concerns about these screenings should be directed to the middle school nurse.

There are new immunization requirements for the 2017-18 school year.  All students must have 4 doses of Polio vaccine prior to entering school for the 2017-18 school year, and all seventh graders must have Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines prior to entering school for the 2017-18 school year.   Please contact your Primary Care Provider to ensure your child has met these new states mandates.

Health care plans are to be completed in collaboration with parents and their health care provider for any student with diabetes, seizures, food or bee sting allergies, asthma, oxygen or any other health concern that may impact their learning at school.  Should a student require a medication while at school, the appropriate paperwork must be completed as per school policy (see handbook for policy, forms are below).
